South quarter corner of said Section 4, run thence Northerly to a point 49 feet
East of the North quarter corner of said'Section 4; subject to a roadway easement
over that part thereof lying within 30 feet of the center line of said existing road.

This security instrument is executed in DUPLICATE, each of which shall be deemed an
original, one of which is being filed for record in the Public Records of Lake County
and the other is being filed for record in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
