Production Credit Association, hereinafter called Association, in consideration of One Dollar (51.00) paid and
the further consideration of the granting to W ~ W Groves Company, Inc.

of a loan by the Federal Land Bank
of Columbia, hereinaftec called Bank, subordinates t}le following crop lien(s) or real estate mortgage(s), here• -
inafter collectively called Association Lien, recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: -

and recorded in said county in Official Record Book at page hereinafter called Bank
Mortgage, as follows: f
(1) Bank Mortgage shall be prior to Association Lien on the lands described in Bank Mortgage.
(2) On crops coming into existence after any default in Bank 2•iortgage, or note secured thereby, Bank
Mortgage shall be prior to Association Lien except as follows: Association Lien, so far as same se-
cures advances for production and marketing of crops, shall be and continue superior to Bank Mort-
gage on the crops for the production and marketing of which said advances were made.
(3) Except as herein specifically provided the priority of Association Lien shall remain unchanged.
And Association hereby agrees that iu the event it as~igus As~ciatiun Lirn, the assignment will recite
the faM that Association Lirn has been subordinated to Bank \lortgagc.
