ORDER
THIS CAUSE came before this Honorable Court on the
Husband's Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Continuance and
the Court being fully advised in the premises after hearing
arguments of counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
. 1. That the Affidavit submitted by Carmen I. Carroll
in this cause regarding the telephone conversation of Decembe
'5,1979 the former Husband conforms with the necessary elements
- for sufficient service under .the Uniform Child Custody
Jurisdiction Act and therefore the Court denies the former
Husband's Motion regarding insufficiency of process.
2. Counsel for the Husband and the Wife shall have

'twenty days from the date of this Order to submit memos
~~regarding lack of jurisdiction over the person and lack of
i
jurisdiction over the subject matter in this cause and after
f
the Court has reviewed said-memos it shall rule-on the
question of jurisdiction.
3. The Husband's Motion for Continuance is hereby
granted until such time as the parties set. this matter down
for further hearing with proper notice.
