ji THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Petitioner's Motion
For Contempt and Determination of Attorney's Fees; and the
Petitioner and her attorne havin ap eared before the Court,

ji and the Husband having failed to appear but having appeared
through his attorney; and the Court having taken testimony and
the Court having found that the Husband has failed to make any
payments since the date of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage to the date of the hearing to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for the payment of child support as provided under the
terms of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage; and the
` Court finding that the Husband has paid monies direct to the
Wife up to the 22nd day of November, 1979 and that the Husband
` ~ has failed to make any payment to the Wife of any nature since
the 22nd day of November, 1979 and is presently indebted to the
Wife in the amount of X480.00; and the Court finding, that the
Husband should pay a reasonable attorney's fee to the Petitioner'

' attorney and the Court having heard testimony in connection
therewith; and that Court finding that the Husband is in =willful
`i contempt of court for failure to make such child support payments
it is thereupon
