THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the wife's
Petition for Imposition of Sanctions and/or to Require husband
to purge himself of Contempt, Motion for Judgment, Motion for
' Attorneys Fees and Taxable Costs and Petition for Emergency ~
Relief, the•Court having taken testimony and havin heard ar u-

ment of counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises,
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

(1) That the husband shall continue to pay alimony j
i
to the wife at the rate of $350. monthly, and maintain the
•_insurance policies provided for under the original divorce #
' decree.

(2) The Court finds that a reasonable Attorneys Fee ~ ~

for wife's counsel is $7,500 and the husband shall pay $6,000 E {
~ ~ €
of this together with taxable costs incurred by the wife in ~ ~
4 the amount of $1,000.
~ (3) That the wife shall be awarded past due alimony
. 3
through November 30, 1979 in the total amount of $8,400 less ; ~
credit to the husband for any payments made subsequent to the
entry of the last Judgment herein.
~ (4) That once the husband has become current in the
payment of alimony, payment of attorneys fees and costs, he shall

~ then be entitled to a modification and the alimony obligation '
will be reduced to $50. per month
