assignment filed August 23, 1976, in O.R. Book 256, page 1340, of t e
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the amount of the
original mortgage being X35,500.00.

conditions of that certain Guaranty Agreement hereinafter substan- I
tially copied or identified, to-wi_t: '
t;UARANTY AGREEMENT
For valuable consideration, the receipt. of which by the uader-
signed is acknowledged, the undersigned hereby unconditionally guarantees
payment to State Bank of Raleigh, a north Carolina corporation, its
successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "The Bank", of credit
oxtended by The Bank to Industrial 5ystetts Supply Corporation, a North
Carolina corporation hereinafter referred to as "The Borrower", in an
aaount not to exceed the total suat of Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars
(i9S,000.00) together with interest thereon, in accordance with the
tersts and conditions of the docuffaents evidencing extension of such credi"t
E to The Borrower. As security for the obligation of the undersigned
t hereunder, The Bank, its successors and assigns, are granted a second
lien on real property owned by the undersigned in St. Lucie County,
Florida as reflected by that certain mortgage dated the day of
' .~ovember, 1979, by and between Patricia Ann Hu»el Mull as mortgagor
and State sank of Raleigh as seortgagee, tha provisions o~f which are
incorporated herein by refereuce.

This Guaranty Agreeaent is Wade and entered into as a replace-
ment guaranty for that certain guaranty agreetacnt executed by the
~ undersigned and otlu rs in favor of State Bank of i7aleigh, dated July
31, 1978. .
