BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared DOROTHY JACKSON, who, after being by me first duly
sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is sui 3uris and has personal knowledge
of all the facts contained in this Affidavit. "
2. That affiant's former husband, RALPH JACKSON, is
deceased, and at the time of his death was a resident of the
State of Minnesota. '
3. That affiant and her former husband, RALPH JACKSON,

RALPH JACKSON, on February 1, 1978.
