~ EASEMENT
Tt',e undersigned, MYRTLE ANN CHARLES and MABLE L. CHARLES, .
hereinafter referred to as Grantors, does convey a non-exclusive
easement for the purpose of installing underground water and sewer
lines to FORT PIERCE FOODS, INC., a Florida Corporation. Said
easement to be located on the following described property:
Commencing at the NW corner of the NEB of the SW~ of
Section 15_, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run -
easterly along the ~ section line 691.85 feet to a
point of beginning, thence run south along the line
which is the west line of lands previously conveyed -
by the undersigned parties to Four County Foods, Inc.
a distance of 142 feet, thence run west parallel to
the ~ section line 12 feet, thence run north on a line
parallel to the previously described line, a distance
of 142 feet, thence run east along the boundary of
Ohio Avenue to the point of beginning.
The Grantee shall have the right to install and maintain water
and sewer lines under the aforedescribed property and shall be
allowed ingress and egress to said premises at all times, for such
purpose.
The receipt of One. ($1 and 00/100) Dollar is hereby acknowledged
by the undersigned.
To have and to hold the above granted easement unto its self,
