~~maintenance of my said husband, Charles W. Brinton, as well as the

1 reasonable expenses of his funeral and gravestone should he die
within the said period of three (3) months. ~

1~ Provided, however, that in the event that my husband

should predecease me or should not survive me by three (3) months,
then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath my entire-

estate as follows: - I

Twenty Percent to my daughter, Betty Jane Wyvill, of
Toronto, Canada;
Twenty Percent to my daughter, Charlotte Lawton, of
Chester, Pennsylvania;

Twenty Percent to my son, Charles W. Brinton, Jr.; of ~ ?
Eddystone, Pennsylvania;

Twenty Percent to my daughter, Sandra Traband, of
Wallingford, Pennsylvania;
~ Ten Percent to my son, Larry Brinton, of Norwood,
Pennsylvania;

Ten Percent to my son, Bruce Brinton, of Wallingford,

Provided further, however, that should any of the fore-
going beneficiaries predecease me, or die within three (3) months

of the date of my death, then I hereby direct that the share of

such deceased child shall be divided equally among the living
beneficiaries, share and share alike.

Provided further, however, that any of my foregoing ~
children beneficiaries predecease me, not leaving issue, then the -
e share of such deceased child shall be divided among my living j
