This action was heard on December 7, 1979, upon the verified
Petition for Adoption filed herein and the Consent of the father of
the children, RONALD R. JOHN, and it appearing on the evidence presented
that FREDERICK J. BUCK is a fit and proper person to adopt the children,
that the best interests of the childrer. will be promoted by the adoption,
-that the children are suitable for adoption by FREDERICK J. BUCK and
that FREDERICK J. BUCK is married to the mother of the children, BARBARA
BUCK, it is
ADJULGEB that the children, known as MISTI LuANN JOHN, born
January 10, 1968, in Wabash, Indiana, and CHRISTI NOEL JOHN, born
December 18, 1969, in Fort Pierce, Florida,-are the legal children of

FREDERICK J. BUCK entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to

all obligations of a child born to him in lawful wedloc:c. It is further
ADJUDGED that MISTI LuANN JOHN's name shall be and it is
~ hereby changed to MISTI LuANN BUCK, by which name she shall be known
hereafter. It is further
ADJUDGED that CHRISTI NOEL JOHN's name shall be and it is
hereby changed to CHRISTI NOEL BUCK, by which name she shall be known
hereafter.
