ORDER
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney .and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
MELODIE L. SUMMERS, born 6/19/63; TROY D. SUMMERS, born 2/9/65;
and JAMES B. SUMMERS, born 6/5/69
minor children, the sum of S 45.00 per week plus and additional BDc~ $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
28th day of December 19 79 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk 'of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida -
Florida, ~fnd the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Dpartment of Social

~ Services, P. O. Box 1301, Hagerstown, Maryland.

Respondent is also responsible for arrears in the sum of $589.00
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable. -
~ DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce Florida,
