The undersigned Petitioner, ASLAUG NORDENHAUG, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the sole sur-
viving heir of the Decedent. The name and address of Petitioner's attor-
ney is as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent's last known address ;aas: Ovre Ullern Terrassee 24,
Osio 3, Norway. The Decedent died June.27, 1974 at Oslo, Norway, and at
the time of his demise, Decedent was domiciled in Oslo, Norway.
3. So far as is known, the sole heir of this Estate is the Decedent's
surviving spouse, ASLAUG NORDENHAUG, of Huldrevian 6 H, Oslo 3, Norway.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this County because Decedent died
owning assets in this County.
5. The assets in this Estate and their estimated value are:

~ as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 13, page

6. The Decedent has been dead for more than three years.
7. The Estate is not indebted.

8. It is proposed that all of the assets of the Decedent, including

exempt property, be distributed to the Decedent's surviving spouse, ASLAUG
~ NORDENHAUG, at the address shown in paragraph 3 herein.
F 9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is unaware

of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of the Decedent.

Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary Administration be entered
directing distribution of the assets in the Estate in accordance with the
schedule set forth in paragraph 8 of this Petition.
