WILLIAM L. KERRIGAN and JAMES F. KERRIGAN, as Joint Tenants
of the County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania part ies of the first pari,
and GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION , a corporation existing under the laws of the

State of Florida and lawfully authorized to transact business in the State of Florida,

WITNESSETH: That the said pari ies of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
