KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that STUART_ PAINT AND SUPPLY,

INC., the Lienor and holder of a certain Claim of Lien filed
by STUART PAINT AND SUPPLY, INC. against AbNOR A. LirrSi,F and i
LILLIAN W. LOTSOF, his wife, bearing the date July 25 1979, _
and recorded on July 26, 1979, in the Official Records Book 313, ~
Page 1259, in the Office of the ,Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, claiming a lien in the sum of Five
Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Four and 91/100 ($5,134.91) Dollars,
upon the following described real property, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot ll, Block 724, Port St. Lucie, Section 18,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 17, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
has received full payment of said Claim of Lien, and does hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said Claim of Lien, and hereby directs
the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
