The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner is satis- factory and that the above-stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the aforesaid mortgaged property to the Owner. 8. The Owner hereby assumes, in addition to the mortgage obligation referred to above, all of the supplemental conditions executed at the time of the mortgage obligation, which conditions are referred to either as "Supplemental Agree- ment" or "Uniform and Non-Uniform Covenants" and assumes those conditions as fully as though the undersigned has executed said written agreement.
