by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain Innd

Florida, viz: Lot 84, of Sheraton Plaza, Unit #2, replat, as per plat
thereof on record in plat book 16, at page 2, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR
COVENANTfAND AGREES THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make within 15 days of the the due
date the payments called for in the first mortgage now
enc umbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE
herein.
(2) The MORTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
HEREIN ACKNOWLEDGE IN WRITING, THE EXISTENCE OF THIS
MORTGAGE AND THE AMOUNT Still due thereon on an estoppel
form provided always for this purpose by ~he MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is a second mortgage.
(4) Upon request by the MORTGAGOR herein, the MORTGAGEE herein
at its option, within twenty (20) years from the date of this
~ mortgage, may make Future advances to the MORTGAGOR herein.
Such future advances, with interest thereon shall be secured
by this mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that
said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this mortgage, not
including proper sums advanced to protect the security of this
mortgage, exceed the original amount of the note secured by
this mortgage plus US $1,000.00
