I, Roger Poitras, Clerk of the above entitled Court, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the direction of the Court in its
Final Judgment entered herein, I gave notice of public sale of the
mortgaged property described in said decree, by publishing same in
the News Tribune, a newspaper circulated in St. Lucie County, Florida,
in-the manner evidenced by Proof of Publication heretofore filed in
this cause, a copy of which is attached hereto, and on the 11th day
of December, 1979, offered said property for sale at public outcry
