The General Partners- _ shall devote themselves to the business of the Partnership ~ to the extent necessary for the greatest advantage of the Partnership and shall render to the Partners, whenever i reasonably requested by any of them, a just and faithful account of all dealings and transactions in relation to the ! business of the Partnership. The General Partners shall execute such further documents and take such further action as shall be appropriate to comply with the requirements of E the Act or other laws by which the Partnership is bound. The Managing General Partner shall provide all executive, supervisory and administrative services for the Partnership's operations. (B) The General Partners may have interests in businesses other than the Partnership business.
