TO
CERTIFICATE AND AGREEMENT
OF LI~iITEL' PARTNERSHIP
FOR
BLUE THREE GROVES LIMITED
The undersigned hereby acknowledges that the undersigned
has read the Certificate and Agreement of Limited Partnership
for-BLUE THREE GROVES LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the
"Partnership"), a Florida Limited partnership, a copy of which
has been furnished to the undersigned; and the undersigned, by
executing this Certification and Signature Page, acknowledges
that the undersigned has joined the Partnership as a Limited
Partner and agrees to contribute the amount set forth in the
table below to the Partnership, pursuant to the provisions'of
such Limited Partnership Agreement, in order to receive the
Units of Partnership Interest of the Partnership indicated in
the table below as a Limited Partner of the Partnership. The
execution of this Certification and Signature Page by the under-
signed shall constitute the execution of the Limited Partner-
ship Agreement of the Partnership by the undersigned as a party
to such document.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has duly executed
this Certification and Signature Page under seal on the date
and year indicated below.
