Southern Florida Flood Control District C-24 Right-of-way #
and Topo Map Drawing C-24-3 (Sheet 7 of 16) prepared by the
Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Engineering
Division, and has concluded that the following described ease-
ment, to-wit:

All that part of the NWT of Sec. 23, Twp. 36
South, Range 38 East, lying and being within
195 feet Southerly of the centerline of the i
existing channel of Rim Ditch Canal,
is the North forty-five (45) feet of the West 1/2 of Section
23, Township 3C South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
- lying adjacent and contiguous to the South right-of-way of
Canal C-24, also known as Rim Ditch Canal.
