5. WITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial
Conference and the names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify with
the special provision that the witnesses listed in Defendant, DONNA DEAN a/k/a
DONNA DEAN CHANDLER'S Pre-Trial Statement shall not be permitted to testify
unless within five days prior to trial their addresses are forwarded to Counsel
for Plaintiff.
6. PEREI~TORY CHALLENGES: Plaintiff shall have six peremptory ~
challenges and each Defendant shall have three peremptory challenges.
7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS: Proposed fury instructions on a separate
sheet for each charge shall be submitted to the Court at the beginning of the
trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional fury instruction shall be submitted
no later than at the conclusion of the testimony period.
8. EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE. Exercise of Challenges shall be f
conducted outside the hearing of the fury in a manner prescribed by the Court. {
