This cause, having come on to be heard before me
on November 26, 1979, upon motion of the Defendant RICHARD

FLANZBAUM to dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiff, and this
Court having heard the argument of counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Complaint be and is
hereby dismissed against the Defendant RICHARD FLANZBAUM.
Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from this date in which -
to amend his Complaint further.
