AFFIDAVIT i
IN RE: Apartment No. C-2(104) of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS
NO. 1 according to the Declaration of Condominium
recorded in Official Record Book 187, page 769, of the i
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. This
being the same property conveyed in that certain Warranty
Deed dated July 19, 1971 from First National Bank of
Fort Pierce, as Trustee to Bessie D. Zadoyko, a widow,
recorded in Official Record Book 195, page 210 of the ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared GRACE WARREN who, after being first duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of the facts
stated herein.
2. That she was well-acquainted with BESSIE D. ZAKOYKO
during her life and knows that BESSIE D. ZADOYRO was neither ~
survived by a spouse nor a minor child at the time of her death.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
