SWEYER, late of Suffolk County, New York, died t on February 19, 1976, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated July ~ 28, 1967, which was duly proved and admitted to probate and recorded - f in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, State of New York, a r Court of probate jurisdiction, on April 14, 1976. 2. That the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to form and manner of execution and devising real property in this County. 3. Duly authenticated copies of the Last Will and~Testament, the probate petition, the Oath of Executor, Decree of Probate, the Letters Testamentary, and the part-of the domiciliary records that shows the names of the devisees under the Will are filed with this ; i petition. WHEREFORE, the Petitioner asks for an order admitting the pro- bated foreign Will to record in this Court. ~ ~ Under penalty of perjury I declare that I have read the fore- ~ going and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief .
