LAST WILL and TESTAMENT ~
I, BETHEL M. SWEYER, residing at Orient, S+Iffolk County, New

York, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and

declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and '
all Wills and Codicils made by me at any time heretofore.
' FIRST: I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my decease as may be possible.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, both real and personal and wheresoever situated
to my husband, WALTER J. SWEYER.
In the event, however, that my said husband shall pre-
decease me, or in the e . ent tha! he and I shall die as the result of a
common accident or catastrophe, or in the event that my said husband.
