In the event, however, that my said husband shall
predecease me or for any reason refuses or is unable to act in such ~
capacity, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint ELSIE 1.INC~,
88-16 - 187th Street, Hollis, New York, Executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament and direct that she shall not be required to furnish bond
in such capacity in any jurisdiction.
