the same is true of my own knowledge, except as to the matters therein stated to be alleged upon information and
bei~ef, and as to those matters I believe it to be true.
(2) OATH OF EXECUTOR: I am over eighteen (113) years of age and a citi2en of the United States: I am the
executor named in the Will described in the foregoing petition and will well, faithfully and honestly discharge the
duties of the office and the trust reposed in me and duly account for all moneys or other property which may
