The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
co of the Last Will and Testament of BETHEL M. SWEYER deceased

having been duly ,admitted to probate and record in the Surrogate's f
Court, of Suffolk County, State of New York, a Court of probate
jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of the decedent
complies with the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and
that it devises real property located in this County, owned by the
decedent at the time of his death; said property described- as:
Beginning on the West right-of-gray line of Sunshine State
Parkway at a point 135.96 feet North of the South line of
the S'~ of the point of beginning: thence run Northeasterly
along the said West right-of-way line of said Parkway, 200
feet; thence turn and run North 88 degrees 16 minutes 18
se~oonds West 309.31 feet; tt~enoe run South 00 deegrees 21
minutes 56 seconds West 178.28 feet; thence turn and run
South 89 degrees 23 minutes 04, seconds East 219.14 feet to
the point of beginning.
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in
~ the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein by
the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated co of the Last Will and

Testament of BETHEL M. SWEYER, deceased, is admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent.
