point on the Range Line or rEference line set forth on survey of
W. J. Schoepfer,R.L.S. dated May 10,1978. Then on a deflection
angle to the left of 72°18' run Westerly along said Range Line -
68.43 feet to a point on the surface of fence which is the Point
of Beginrirg; thence continue Westerly along Range Line through
center line of fence and party wall a distance of 50 feet more or
less to a point on exterior surface of wall; turn thence and run
Southerly on a back angle of 90° turned to the right 33 feet more
or less along exterior surface of wall to a point at the end of
said wall; turn thence and run Easterly on a back angle of 90°
