ORDER
This cause having been presented to the Court upon stipu-
lation of the parties in open court whereby they agree that
just compensation to be paid to RICHARD V. NEILL and CHESTER
B. GRIFFIN, owners of Parcel #118, is the $um of One Hundred
Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00), together with costs,
and it appearing to the Court that there has been previously
paid to said Defendants the sum of $89,250.00; and
The parties further stipulate that the following costs

incurred by said Defendants are reasonable, to-wit:
Appraisal cost - Hoyt C. Murphy
Real Estate- $ 3,850.00
Appraisal cost - Associated
Appraisers 4,810.25

and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall, within 20
days, deposit in the registry of this Court, the sum of $30,750;
and the Clerk is directed to pay said sum to RICHARD V. NEILL
and CHESTER B. GRIFFIN promptly upon its receipt without
further order of this Court; it is further
