came before the Court with respect to the matters disposed of by this
Order. Upon consideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the. Circuit Court shall
disburse to the Plaintiff, NETTLES ISLAND, INC., all sums on deposit
with the Registry of the Court, that is, $600.00, less the statutory
Clerk's fee.
