RESOLUTION NO. 79-113
WHEREAS, the St.Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, '
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of
i
property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
recommended to-the Eoard~of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County
that the hereinafter described requests for changes in zoning
classification be granted, and
WHEREAS,~the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing
on December 11, 1979 after publishing a notice of said hearing in
the News Tribune on November 19 and November 26, 1979, respectively.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sinners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meeting assembled this 11th
day of November, 1979, as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described property in
St_ Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the Crest 1/2 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 39 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida. Run thence N.D°34'00"E., along tl~e
