Commencing at the NE corner of the SW~ of the SEIi of Section
13, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, said point lying on the
center line of Trowbridge Road and being further identified
as lying 25 feet Easterly of a lightwood post bearing North =
89 degrees, 23 minutes , 04 seconds, West, (Trowbridge Road-is
assumed to bear North); thence run South along the center line
of Trowbridge Road a distance of 699.51 feet to a point; thence
run West a distance of 30 feet to a point oa the West right-of- '
way line of Trowbridge Road, said point of beginning.
From the Point of Beginning, run South along said right-of-way
line of Trowbridge Road a distance of 159 feet to a point; thence
run West a distance of 608.93 feet to a point; thence run North- j
a distance of 159 feet to a point; thence run East 608.93 feet
to the Point of Beginning
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and fhe moneys due and to become
