That certain parcel of land lying and being in Okeechobee County, Florida, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Township corner ~t the Northwest corner of Section 6,
Township 37 South, Range 37 East in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
run thence north on a line parallel to the east line of the north
3,100 feet of Section 36, Township 36 South, Range 36 East in
Okeechobee County, Florida, to an intersection with the south right
of way line of State Road 70; thence run northeastward with the
south right of way line of said State Road 70 to an intersection
with the east line of said Section 36; run thence south along the
said east line of said Section 36 a distar~ce~of 3,017 feet, more
or less, to the Township Corner at the soht~east corner of Section
36, Township 36 South, Range 36 Eset; run t~ience westward along
the north Township line of Township 37 South in Range 37 East a
distance of 300 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

PARCEL B - Part 1: All that part of Sections 4 and 5, Township 37 South, Range 37
Fast, lying West and South of the following described line:
Commence at a concrete monument in the north line of Section S which is
2,640 feet westward of the northeast corner of said Section 5, turn an angle of
90° to the South from said north .line and run thence southward a distance of
2,804.5 feet to a concrete monument; turn a 90° angle to the left and run east-
ward a distance of 4,119.1 feet to a concrete monument; turn an angle of 21°21'40"
to the left and run northeastward a distance o! 1,126.8 feet to a concrete monument;
continue thence on the same course a distance of 40.37 feet to an intersection with
the centerline of Bluefields Road; thence turn an angle of 97°43'55" to the right
and run southeastward a distance of 200 feet, plus, or minus, on the centerline
of said road to a point which is a point of intersection on the road centerline;
at said point of intersection turn an angle of 5°59',45" to the left and run thence
southeastward with the centerline of Bluefields'Road a distance of 2,830.33 feet _

1512.0 feet to the center line of Bluefield Road; thence run North 30'34'05" West

feet to the point of beginning, thence run South 69°49'30" West 1320 feet, thence
run North 20°10'30" West 660 feet, thence run North 69°49'30" East 1320 feet,
thence run South 20°10'.30" East 660 feet to the point of beginning. Less the
~ East 25 feet for road right of way.
