EXHIBIT "A"
Collateral:
All of Debtor's right, title and interest in and to all
irrigation and drainage equipment (inclusive of portable
pipe and fittings including pumps, motors, transformers
and other electrical equipment and unmounted pumps) and
including without limitation a trickle irrigation system
composed of various sizes of small diameter PVC and/or
polyethylene pipe plus miscellaneous valves and fittings and
one 8" free flowing artesian well now or hereafter located
on the premises, aril all renewals, replacements and additions
to such equipment.
All crops now growing or hereafter grown on the. real property
described herein, including without limitation, citrus crops,
provided, however, that the security interest in said crops shall
be and is hereby made expressly subject and subordinate to any
security interest encumbering crops which come into existence
prior to the institution of a suit or action in a court of com-
petent jurisdiction for the foreclosure of the Mortgage and
Security Agreement given by Debtor to Secured Party dated
December 17, 1979 ("Security Agreement"). -Any such crop security
interest shall not however be a security interest .prior to the
security interest created by-the Security Agreement on any crop
coming into existence subsequent to said suit or action. "Come
into existence" and "coming into existence" shall, for the
purpose of the Security Agreement, mean bloom in the case of
crops from perennial plantings and orchards, and shall mean
planting in the case of crops from annual or more frequent plant-
ings. Nothing herein contained, however, shall operate to sub-
ordinate the lien or security interest of the Security Agreement
~ as affecting trees or other perennial plants but shall so operate
as to the crops harvested therefrom.
