WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this IO~day of M ,
1979, between SUNWAY FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., a Texas
corporation "Grantor", and REENLIN INVESTMENTS LIMITED, an '
Ontario corporation, whose post office address is c/o Petrone,
Hatherly & Associates, Box 3446, 22 North Cumberland St.,_ ~ 4
Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, "Grantee";
WITNESSETH:
That said,Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable
considerations to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said Grantee, and Grantee's
successors and assigns forever, an undivided twenty-five
percent (25$) interest in and to that certain parcel of land
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows: -
The North 262 feet of the East 400 feet of Lot 183,
MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT T~IREE, according to the Plat _
thereof recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 62 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
Lot 1, and the East 178 feet of Lot 2, SOUTH DIXIE
SUBDIVISION, according to he Plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 9 at Page 77 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements therein; and
TOGETHER WITH all right, title, and interest, if, any, of -
Grantor in any land lying in the bed of any street or highway,
~ opened or proposed, in front of or adjoining the above
described real property.

made a part hereof by reference; and
Subject to taxes for 1979 and subse uent ears; and

~ Subject to that certain First Florida Mortgage and Security
Agreement between Center West Associates, a partnership, as
Mortgagor, and The Royal Bank of Canada, a Canadian Chartered
Bank, as Mortgagee, dated July 6, 1979, recorded in Official
Records Book 312, Page 2712, Public Records_of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing the original principal sum of _
$800,000.00; and
Subject to that certain Second Florida Mortgage and Security
Agreement between Center West Associates, a partnership, as
~ Mortgagor, and The Royal Bank of Canada, a Canadian Chartered
Bank, as Mortgagee, dated July 6, 1979, recorded in Official
Records Book 312, Page 2732, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing the original principal sum of
$200,000.00.
