Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court hav.~in~_ found • ' M A. That the parties were married to each other on September' 18, 1976 in Tavares, Florida. B. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken. C. That the Court had jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action. D. That Petitioner has been a bona fide resident of the State of Florida for more than six (6) months prior to filing the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. E. Husband and Wife. have no children born of their marriage. F. The parties have entered into a Stipulation and Separation Agreement dated September 6, 1979. NOW,- THEREFORE, based upon the foregoing findings of fact, and after hearing the testimony of Petitioner and argument of counsel, and being otherwise .duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGF,D: 1. The marriage of the parties is dissolved, a viniculo ~ matrimoni. 2. The Stipulation and Separation Agreement entered into between Petitioner and Respondent on September 6, 1979 is hereby ratified, affirmed, and approved in all respects and incorporated herein and made a part hereof and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions of the Agreement, and the Court retains jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcing the Agreement. 3.
