hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and Louis J. Sauer, Sr., of

the City of Dearborn, Michigan, hereinafter referred to as ygid y
"Purchaser", V:ITNESSETH:
That if the Purchaser shall Trake the payments and perform
the covenants hereinafter contained on his part to be T~?ade and
perforr.!ed, the Seller does covenant anc? agree to convey to the
Purchaser by good and sufficient Warranty Deed, clear of all
encumbrances and liens whatsoever,-except a~ hereinafter set
forth, the following described real estate, situated in the
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to wit:
Lot Three Ilundred Twenty-Eight (328), Section II,
in that certain condominium known as Outdoor Resorts
of America at Nettles Island, as shown by the plat
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Plat Book 16, page 1:1A through 1J.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise
s appertaining, subject to the terms, conditions and
~ limitations set forth in the Declaration of.
~ Condominium recorded in OR Book 186, pace 2720,
~ Circuit Clerk's Office, St. Lucie County, Florida,
as anended in OR Book 192, page 793-820, Circuit
x Court Clerk's Office, St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Purchaser agrees to pay for said r-eal estate the suM of
Sixteen Thousand Five Ilundred ($16,500.00) Dollars cash at
P. O. Box 181, Peru, Illinois, 61354, in the followir_c~ manner:
