IT appearing fiom the evidence before the Court that CARRINGZ~ON LEE GALLOWAY, JR.
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judg-
ment/Order of this Court entered on the 9th day of June , 197 7 ,
and is, as of this date November 30, 1979 , in arrears $ 1,393.00 includ-
ing Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 1.393.00 arrearage
at the rate of $10.00 per week, each and every week commencing December 3, X979,
These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 30.00 per week
support payments provided for above, making a total payment of $40.00 per week,
plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check
or money order. If Respondent CARRTNG?ON LEE GALLOWAY,JR, does not purge himself of his
contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the Petitioner

to show cause why he sho~.ild not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for 60 days.
I JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
