BRANGAN, Wife, and KENNETH LEE BRANGAN, Husband. r FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the Sth day of December, A.D., 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidenee,finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between BRENDA K. BRANGAN and KENNETH LEE BRANGAN, be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each~of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of KENNETH WARREN BRANGAN, minor P child of the parties, is hereby awarded to BRENDA K. BRANGAN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to KENNETH LEE BRANGAN. With respect to visitation, commencing with Saturday, December 8, 1979, the Husband shall have the right to weekend visitations every other weekend. This visitation shall not include overnight visitation, the Husband shall pick up the child each morning at 9:00 a.m. and return him each evening by 8:30 p.m. Additionally, the Husband shall have thirty (30) days visitation in Che summer commencing with the summer of 1980. Overnight visitations shall commence at that time. The parties shall alternate Christmas and Easter vacations. Christmas vacation 1979 and Easter vacation 1980 shall not include overnight visitations and the parties shall arrange 4 ~'R~277 O~+~r
