FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE CASE N0: 79-1021 FR
visitations in such a manner that they will alternate the
holidays and, for example, if the child visits with his father
on Christmas eve, then he will be returned to his mother early
Christmas morning. Once the child is in school, the parties
shall follow the school calendar, and the school vacation
term for Christmas and Easter holidays shall be divided evenly
in half, as near as practical, keeping in mind that if one
parent has the child on Christmas eve, then the other parent
shall have the child on Christmas day.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing the 7th day of
December, 1979, the Husband, KENNETH LEE BRANGAN, shall pay
to the Wife the sum of $35.00 each and every week for the
support of the minor child named above; said sum shall continue
until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or
becomes self-supporting. Each payment shall be made'to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to BRENDA K.
BRANGAN. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of
$t.uu as statutory costs to be adaeci to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep

I the Clerk of this-Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
~ 4. MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXPENSES: The Husband shall

be responsible for all necessary and reasonable medical and
dental expenses incurred by or on behalf of the minor child,
KENNETH WARREN BRANGAN.
5. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of
$300.00 to be a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney for his
services herein and the Husband, KENNETH LEE BRANGAN, is
ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with costs

4 herein assessed at $ 61.40 on or before ninety (90)
days from the date of this Final Judgment.
6. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing
~ or annoying the other.
