ADDENDUM
.ADDENDUM to Contract OK-A25-11, dated October 15, 1979, between
TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC., and UNITED GROVE CARETAKERS, INC.
Where this ADDENDUM may be inconsistent with the printed portion
of the contract, the terms of the ADDENDUM shall prevail.
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of the contract, Tropicana
Products, Inc.'s participation price paid to Seller will
be as computed in the contract, but will not be less than:
A. ninety ($.90) cents per pound solids in the 1979-1980
season, upon delivery of that fruit to Tropicana's plant,
less applicable taxes and any other authorized deductions, or
B. eighty (80~) percent of Tropicana Products, Inc.'s Daily Cash
Market Price, if greater than Paragraph A above, less applicable
taxes and any other authorized deductions, upon delivery of that
i fruit to Tropicana's plant.
2. It is further agreed between Tropicana Products, Inc., the Buyer,
and United Grove Caretakers, Inc., the Seller, that Tropicana's
~ transportation charges will be at the rate of $.20 per 90$ weight
box for the 1979-1980 season.
3. It is also understood that the prices set forth above are guaranteed
prices for the year indicated. The actual price will be determined
by the formula provided in the contract if it exceeds the guaranteed
price provided for herein.
