ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate, lying and being in the City
of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 239, of Port St. Lucie, Section 28, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 7,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances and
taxes for the year 1.979.
Being the same premises conveyed to Claire G. Mahoney and Mary D.
Mahoney, his wife, by.Warranty Deed of General Development Corpora-
tion recorded in St. Lucie Circuit Court Clerk's Office May 6, 1976
in Book 252 at page 68. Said Claire G. Mahoney died a resident of
Port Crane, Broome County, State of New York, on January 29, 1979
leaving said Mary D. Mahoney as sole surviving tenant.
