POWER OF ATPORNEY

do hereby make, constitute and appoint DAN DECKER, of Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact, for me, and in my name, place and stead, to grant, bar-
gain, sell, convey, or contract for the sale and conveyance of
the following described property and any rights and appurtenances
thereto owned by me:
The West 100 feet of Lots 21 and 22, Block 13, REGINA PALMS
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4,
- Page 82 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said attorney-in-fact is authorized to grant, bargain, sell, convey
or to contract for the sale and conveyance of any or all of the
above described property to any person for such price or prices,
and on such terms and conditions as said attorney-in-fact may deem
proper, and in my name~to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver a
good and sufficient-deed or deeds of conveyance, or other instru-
meet or instruments necessary to effect such sale. conveyance or
agreement.
f 1. I grant to said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to perform all acts to be done in and about the premises as herein
described, as I could do if personally present.
2. I authorize said attorney-in-fact to request, demand,
sue for, collect, recover and receive all moneys which may become
due and owing to me by reason of such sale and conveyance whether
by deed, contract, or other instrument.
3. I authorize said attorney-in-fact to sign, seal, execute
and deliver and acknowledge such deeds, conveyances, leases and
assignments of leases, covenants, indentures, agreements, mortgages,
hypothecations, bills, bonds, notes, checks, receipts, evidences of ~
debts, and such other instruments in writing of whatever kind or
nature as may be necessary or proper in the premises.
