ORDER
THIS CAUSE having been heard by the Court, on the verified Petition for
Adoption herein filed and the consent of the natural mother of said child, and the
residence of the natural father being unknown at the present time, and it appearing
that the best interests of .the child will tie promoted by this Adoption, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is '
ADJUDGED THAT the person known as CHRISTINA MARIE YEARY is declared to be the
legal child of Petitioner/Stepfather, ROBERT W. DiAPIltON, and is given the name of
CHRISTINA MARIE DiAMttON, by which name she shall be hereafter known, and it is further
ADJUDGED THAT said CHRISTINA MARIE DAMRON shall be the child and legal heir
of the Petitioner, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all
obligations of a child born to Petitioner/Stepfather, ROBERT W. DAMRON and KATHY

j DAMRON, his wife, in lawful wedlock.
