with said domiciliary probate being filed in the Surrogate Court, 4
County of Suffolk, in the State of New York, File No~fs33P1978,

other good anti valuable consideration in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms `

division according to the plat thereof, recorded

division according to the plat thereof, recorded ;
in Plat Book 5~ Pages 14 and 15, of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
