Mr. James T. Walker, Esquire, appearing for the State Farm

Fire & Casualty Company, the proposed intervenor, and Raymond
E. Ford, Esquire, appearing for the Plaintiff, JACK MEAD, and
the Court having heard argument of Counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as. follows:

1. That the Motion For Leave To Intervene, by means
of a claim for declaratory relief, made by State Farm Fire &
Casualty Insurance Company be, and it is hereby denied.
