THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the equitable
distribution due The Travelers Insurance Company, who is .
paying workmen's compensation benefits pursuant to section
440.39, Florida statutes; and the court having heard argu-
ment of counsel on behalf of The Travelers Insurance Company
and the beneficiary of the workmen's compensation benefits,
and being otherwise fully informed in the, premises thereof,
it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That The Travelers Insurance Company is entitled
I to a total equitable distribution in the amount of $5,439.50,
to be paid as follows:

a. An immediate payment of $2,719.75.
b. The remaining $2,719.75 is to be paid from the future
283 weekly checks due the surviving spouse, DIXIE LEE MOORE,
by deducting $9.61 per check. Since the benefits are being paid
on a bi-weekly basis, $19.22 shall be deducted from each bi-
weekly check until this amount is paid.

2. The court retains jurisdiction of this cause to enter

future orders as may become necessary.
