This cause came on Por hearing this 29th day of November,
1968, and the Court, having given Pull consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: That in.~ustice will result
from the twenty day delay from the filing of the original Complaint
herein and the entering of a Final Judgment. herein pursuant to
F. S. 61.19; that .the presence of a Court Reporter is not required;
that the Defendant waived counsel in this action; that the Defendant
waives notice of final hearing and the right to be present at
said final hearing; that this Court has jurisdiction of the
f .
parties and the subject matter of this suit; that a relation
of husband and wife now exists between the Plaintiff and Defendant;

i the equities are with the Plaintiff and against the Defendant and
the Plaintiff is entitled to a divorce. It is.thereupon
. ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
I. DIVORCE. The marriage between the plaintiff, JOYCE E.
McCAIN, and the defendant, DAVID L. ;~:cCAIy, oe and the sane is
hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TA;~iARA LEE McCAIN, age 11; LAURETTE
ELAINE McCAIN, age 10; CASSArIDRA LYN ~+IcCAIN, age 9; MEI,ANIE LU
McCAIN, age 7, and DAVID P. McCAIN, age 5, minor children of -
