L'HOMMEDIEU, Incompetent PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY i Petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, alleges: 1. Petitioner is guardian of the property of HELEN E. L'HOMMEDIEU, incompetent. 2. The ward is the owner of certain real property which petitioner desires to sell, described as: Lo~ 21, MELTON'S RIVERVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat t reof on file in Plat Book 9, page 43, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 3. Petitioner considers it expedient and necessary to sell the property without notice as same is a residence which is unoccupied, has been broken into and will deteriorate and be sub- ject for further breakins if not sold promptly. 4. Petitioner will be utilizing the funds from the sale of the house to pay for the care of the ward at Easter Manor Convalescent Home, where the ward has been in residence since before her husband's death earlier this year. 5. The attorney for the estate of the ward's husband had Stanton J. Brosilow, Fort Pierce, Florida, a registered real estate broker, appraise subject property, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, along with his statement of ac- count for his appraisal fee of $95.00. The ward's interest in said property is fee simple. 6. An offer to purchase said property has been made by Woody E. Johnson and LOUISE MARIE JOHNSON, his wife, for $25,110.00, cash.
